2. Ayurvedic Massage (Abhyanga)
A unique system of massage developed in India over the past 5000 years. Combining head, foot and full-body oil massage with strokes designed to stimulate the body's meridian system. Extremely relaxing and rejuvenating, abhyanga is traditionally used as an adjunct therapy for a wide variety of conditions. For added benefit, a steam treatment (swedana) is included. This traditional remedy can assist weight loss, improve immunity, stimulate lymphatic flow and deeply nourish the tissues. Extremely beneficial for a wide variety of conditions. Choose abhyanga if you want a deeply restorative experience or to work on improving your physical and emotional wellbeing. Incorporating warm oils specifically chosen to harmonize with your body's own constitution.
Please be ready freshly showered 10 mins before your appointment. If possible allow up to two hours after your treatment to fully relax in the privacy of your own home.
3. Turkish Hamam-Style Massage
